Start your day with your desk being clean and aesthetically pleasing. I know it sounds silly, but this really does help your workday routine flow better!

Add a lunch break to your calendar

It’s so important to create a distinct balance for yourself + create habit. This will help keep you sane and can even be time to spend with your roommate/partner.

Go get some fresh air at least twice during your work day.

Okay... so maybe your backyard doesn’t look like this. But the point is, take a walk, hear some birds chirping, get some endorphins circulating in your body.

At the end of your work day...

Turn off your computer and do something silly. Like this!

It’s so easy to fall into habit of working until you go to sleep since your home is now your office. Give yourself strict guidelines of when your work should be put away for the day.
