Who we are

Three sisters living in Tel Aviv. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California to Israeli parents. Our love and passion is art, in any form. We love to host and to get people together so we combined the two and created Balaganaj. In Hebrew Balagan means a mess so we came up with a classy way to express a messy but beautiful spread called Balaganaj.

Our spreads

We cater any events . From big to small we do it all. We offer small, medium and large boards for personalized gifts and beautiful grazing tables. Our spreads can either be dairy based , meat based or vegan friendly. All spreads are a mix of savory and sweet from the most exotic fruits to the the most divine desserts. Each event is based on the number of guest so we can prepare accordingly. They table can be an addition to the meal as a decor with some nosh or served as the main dish. No one will go home hungry and without a photo of the table guaranteed.
