Hi! I’m SHANNON - a personal trainer & model in Los Angeles, CA

Here’s a little more about me 👇🏼

Decker was raised on the shores of the Pacific Northwest and Santa Barbara, CA. Growing up a Varsity athlete, Shannon quickly adopted the outlook, “for the sanity, not the vanity” when it came to fitness. For Shannon, fitness has always been more than just the physical appearance, it’s about mind, body and soul growth.

For over a decade, “Shannon Shape” has been making her mark within LA’s lively fitness scene using her platform to motivate Hollywood’s finest to achieve both their mental and physical goals. From large group fitness classes, to elite one-on-one training, to collaborations with some of the largest fitness brands in the world, Shannon is considered one of the top fitness influencers in LA.

Fitness is MORE than looking good. It’s feeling good, doing good, and showing up for yourself every day...

I have met some of my BEST friends through a shared loved of movement. It takes a disciplined and open minded individual to commit themselves to a fitness routine.

It’s not easy for anyone, but I promise you, it’s always worth it. Times are extra tough right now but there are definitely some silver linings to be found...here are some that I’ve discovered during 2020:

1. Reminder! Fitness is simply movement. And there are SO many ways to do that without a fancy gym membership

2. When so many surface level things are suddenly stripped away from you, take a good hard look to see if you have built a solid enough foundation to still feel steady and grounded. If your priorities were out of whack, it’s okay, it’s not to late to shift them to things that truly matter - health, family, real friendships and helping others.

3. Slowing down is not only good, it’s crucial! I know I desperately needed to and was definitely forced to!

4. We WILL be okay, and things might be different in the future, but humans are resourceful and adaptable.
