How not to loose it on Quarantine

  • Migraines? Panic attacks? Insomnia? Anxiety?

  • If any of those happen to you more than once a week you should listen to your body!

    When you feel down, anxious and stressed- your body lets you know that it’s time to stop ✋🏼 and take a deep breath.

    I know this, because I am 25 and I have my own business, which is my life right now. I have a problem of overworking myself to the point of no return. I am a perfectionist and unless I’m 100% satisfied I won’t stop 🤦🏻‍♀️

    I get very overwhelmed and I start having panic attacks and horrible migraines. This is how MY body tells me to stop. (Clearly, you can tell my body tried with smaller things before...)

    The whole quarantine situation is very overwhelming for majority of people for various reasons. So, I hope that you will enjoy this video and you can even use it for your meditations.
