Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies you don’t feel guilty about!

These are my GO TO staples I always have at home! They’re fun as an afternoon treat, and definitely a crowd pleaser anytime I’m hosting!

1. Sift + mix 2 cups of almond flour, a bit of salt, and 1 tsp of baking soda

2. Add in 4 tbsp. of pure maple syrup, 2 tsp. of vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of liquid coconut oil (put in microwave first if not liquid)

3. Stir in Lily’s chocolate chips, as many as you want. Don’t put too many (like me) or the batter won’t stick together!

4. Shape into cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

5. Add piece of Lily’s chocolate to top of each cookie

6. Bake on 350 degrees for about 12 minutes

Enjoy 💓💓💓
