Delicious lunch at Ojai Rotie- incredible Mediterranean cuisine with a great outdoor patio, wine and girlfriends. Followed by more wine in the park and lastly ended up at a wine store for more wine. Only two of us can’t drink so WINE THE HELL NOT?</p>

He can also be seen on Good Morning America and ABC’s digital platforms, most notably giving viewers a backstage look into Dancing With The Stars.</p>
<p>Frank wanted a place to tell the stories that he couldn’t tell on TV, so he created a YouTube channel with a focus on spirituality, as well as the best and latest treatments in health. Now called Modern Nirvana, the Youtube channel covers everything from people who have tapped into their pineal gland and can still see while completely blindfolded to the "real-life Thor" taking a DNA test. People with mental illness are often labeled as “crazy.” For me, I take that as a compliment. Crazy can be defined in more ways than one. We all are crazy about something. Crazy in love, crazy smart, crazy beautiful, crazy talented. The word has so many meanings and I choose to see the positives outweigh the negative connotations. What’s your crazy?</p>

    <h2><i>Let’s talk about&nbsp;</i></h2><h1>MEDICATION, baby.&nbsp;</h1><p>In today’s society you’re more likely to know someone taking medication for a mental health condition, whether they talk about it or not. Medicine has this taboo stigma that comes along with it, and most recently it has become a heavy and hot topic for discussion. For me- I simply cannot function without my anti-psychotics. In my 10 years of recovery, I have relapsed a few times not being compliant with my meds and it was the WORST. IDEA. EVER. Needless to say, medication doesn’t work for everyone. Some people can do really well without it, and every case is unique. For me, I need a little of this and a little of that to be my best self. I ain’t mad about it 😜</p>

    <h1>Brain Food</h1><p>What we feed our bodies directly impacts how our brains operate. What foods accelerate your mind? For me, lunch is the most important meal of my day. I need to have protein, vegetables and fruit to give me energy to last through the work day and I need to have a full stomach to take my medication.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>What we eat effects us physically and emotionally. When I eat heavy carbs, I tend to feel down and sluggish and it’s also harder to metabolize. Eating lean gives me a boost of energy and keeps me light on my toes.&nbsp;</p>
